Killington Ski Resort is situated in the town of Killington, which is located in Rutland County in Central Vermont, USA. It is approximately 78 miles southeast of Burlington in Vermont, 160 miles northwest of Boston (approx. 3 hours by car), and 190 miles (3.5 hours) southeast of Montreal, whilst New York City is only 5 hour’s drive away (depending on the traffic).

Killington ski season typically runs from November to April, with peak conditions usually occurring in the heart of winter. It’s advisable to check the weather and resort information before planning your visit.

The snow is real in Killington, but the resort also utilizes snowmaking machines to enhance and supplement natural snowfall. Killington Ski Resort, like many other ski resorts, employs snowmaking technology to ensure consistent skiing conditions throughout the season, even when natural snowfall might be insufficient.
